Retro Light Kit Holiday Main Street 10308 (Ver.1)

A Street That Runs on Cheer

The 10308 Holiday Main Street is the Winter Village set that finally brought a full block of shopfronts to the line, complete with a tram that glides along a snowy track. Released in 2022 with 1,514 pieces, it is designed to be the cheerful heart of a village: two buildings facing the street, lights in the windows, and the kind of small-town bustle that only exists in holiday movies. Lighting it is about making every storefront feel open for business, even at midnight.

The challenge with a street scene is balance. If every window blazes at the same brightness, the whole block flattens into a strip of yellow. The light kit instead varies the temperature from shop to shop, so the eye travels down the street the way it would on a real evening, pausing at one warm window and then another.
